Franklin & Sons delight bartenders and consumers alike with new “Epicurean Collection”

The handcrafted premium tonics and mixers brand adds four dual-flavoured tonic waters for ‘epicurious’ consumers

Award-winning premium tonic, mixer and soft drinks brand, Franklin & Sons, has unveiled four new dual-flavoured tonic waters, the ‘Epicurean Collection’.  Developed to unlock new flavours and create a unique experience for consumers – while granting bartenders an unlimited opportunity to experiment and explore the possibilities created through flavour expressions.

The four delightful flavours, Rosemary & Black Olive, Pink Grapefruit & Bergamot, Rhubarb & Hibiscus, Elderflower & Cucumber work in harmony, not just with gin but a wide range of spirits to capitalise on key consumer trends towards lower ABV and cocktail serves.

The collection is centred on discovery and experimentation. Taking inspiration from current drinks trends, as well as expert flavour pairing from the Franklin & Sons team.

The value of mixers in the UK on-trade is growing +13.7%[1], with Franklin & Sons’ own research stating that consumers are willing to pay more for premium mixers[2].

The collection was later fully unveiled at Imbibe Live at Olympia, London on 2nd & 3rd July, at which Franklin & Sons invited key London bartenders to develop serves to share on the stand.
