GLOBAL BRANDS TOASTS ACQUISITION OF PREMIUM DRINKS COMPANY

Global Brands Ltd has made significant steps towards becoming the UK's leading drinks brand development business by acquiring premium drinks agency Inspirit Brands, adding to its growing stable of premium spirit brands.
The company, which already counts Goldschläger, Sobieski, Myers's Rum and Ypióca Cachaça amongst its spirits portfolio, will add such style bar favourites as Four Roses Bourbon, El Dorado Rum, Ocho Tequila, No.3 London Dry Gin, St Germain and Opal Nera, to enhance Global Brands' capability within the premium spirits category.
The deal signals another milestone in Global Brands' move to extend its range of high-end products and lead in the premium spirits category.

In addition, the acquisition will give Inspirit Brands greater access to a diverse market through an increased sales and marketing force.
Global Brands manages a diverse range of brands across the wine, spirits, RTD, beer and soft drinks categories, including VK, Corky's, Kick Energy and Adoro Wine from South Africa.
