VK EXTEND SPONSORSHIP OF THE 'V KEND' TO INCLUDE AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY

This summer, VK will be extending their sponsorship of the 'V Kend' to include the August Bank Holiday 3 Day V Kend!

The national 'Extended V Kend' campaign will cover all Galaxy stations and will encourage listeners to try something different with their 3 day V Kend!

VK will sponsor 5 x 40 second advertorials per day, giving listeners ideas of what to do with their extra day off.

For example, Dan Magness completed an incredible 24 hours on non-stop 'keepy-ups', smashing the World Record by four and a half hours! What will you do with your extended V Kend?

The promotion will run from Monday 21st August to Monday 31st August and will include a bespoke VK page on the Galaxy website where listeners are encouraged to tell us what they are planning to do with their extra day. The person with the best suggestion will win £250!

Over 2.5 million people will hear the VK message 3 times during the promotional period and over 375,000 will see the VK activity on the website.

Galaxy is the perfect way to reach VK's target consumers of 18-24 year olds and gives VK a national presence over the important bank holiday weekend.
