Sobieski vodka

Sobieski is now Poland's No.1 premium rye vodka and the 7th largest premium vodka brand in the world. Named after the 17th century King Jan III Sobieski who saved Europe from the Conquering Ottoman Empire, Sobieski vodka is produced exclusively from the revered Dankowski rye at a distillery dating back to 1846.

Ingredients:
50ml graprefruit infused
Sobieski estate
20ml triple sec
15ml lavender syrup
15ml fresh lemon juice
Dash of cranberry juice
Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with flambé orange peel.

Ingredients:
50ml fresh vanilla infused Sobieski
6 mint leaves
15ml fresh lime juice
15ml gomme
Liquor 43 Float
Method: Muddle mint, lime and gomme in a 12oz high ball glass. Add vanilla infused Sobieski. Fill glass with crushed ice and mix. Add Liquor 43 Float, top with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
