Four Roses is the only bourbon distillery in the world to combine 5 yeast strains with 2 separate mash bills to produce their 10 distinct bourbon recipes, each with a unique character, spiciness and rich fruit flavour.

All 10 of the recipes are gently aged, undisturbed in new white oak barrels that sit within one of a kind single storey rack warehouses, this process enables an unrivalled consistency to the Four Roses Yellow Label taste.

Four Roses Yellow Label
Four Roses Yellow Label has a unique smooth and mellow character, with flavour profiles that display distinctive spicy traits, including hints of apple and pear, leading to a palate of honey, complementing the floral aromas.
Smooth and soft with a long finish.

Four Roses Single Barrel
This premium Four Roses Bourbon has a taste you will want to savour. The Single Barrel is complex, full bodied and yet surprisingly smooth with a deep spicy finish.
The flavour profile contains hints of juicy plum and cherry with fruity, spicy aromas that develop to include maple syrup and cocoa.

Four Roses Small Batch
The Four Roses Small Batch rewards you with a mellow symphony of rich and spicy flavours; along with the sweet, fruity aromas you will find hints of warm oak and caramel.
The finish is soft, smooth and pleasantly long.

Four Roses single Barrel

Suggested serve: Single barrel old fashioned

Ingredients: 65ml Four Roses Single Barrel
10ml Gomme syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Method: Stir one shot of Four Roses Single Barrel with two ice cubes in a glass. Add sugar syrup, angostura bitters and two ice cubes. Stir some more and add another two ice cubes and the rest of the Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon. Stir lots more and add more ice cubes. Garnish with an orange twist.

 
Four Roses New York Sour

Suggested serve: New York Sour

Ingredients: 50ml Four Roses Small Batch
25ml Red wine
1 tsp sugar
25ml lemon juice

Method: Shake Four Roses Small Batch, the juice of a lemon and powdered sugar together with ice, strain into a whisky sour glass. Float claret red wine on top and serve with a cherry. Serve in a martini or rocks glass, sit back and enjoy.

 
Four Roses The Rosy Mule

Suggested serve: The Rosy Mule

Ingredients: 50ml Four Roses
Ginger beer

Method: Pour 50ml of Four Roses yellow label into a Four Roses jam jar or rocks glass filled with ice, fill up with ginger beer and enjoy.
